Before you read my writing, should you focus and think about what I say. and should not to reject about everything I write or say. You receive only what I have said, because that's what should and actually happened ... Later will provide positive change for you ...
Well, years ago, I was a heavy smoker / current smoker. With in a day, I can spend up to 2 packs of cigarettes. Try to imagine, like what my condition was??. And now I was the one who was always active in maintaining the health of the course with out a cigarette and even the smoke
Basically, quit smoking it is very difficult. But one thing that can stop smoking it is "Intention". With out intention, no matter how just a figment. Javanese people say, (sorry) "warm cat shit". This means that initially you are aware and stop smoking, but over time you fall and again become a smoker.

- Why do you want to smoke and it's hard to quit smoking? -
1. With smoking, you feel great when viewed people (especially if expensive cigarette).
2. You feel like a man who had a high status as friend or someone asks you a cigarette.
3. You feel warmth in your throat when smoking cigarettes.
4. You feel happy when you saw the smoke out of mouth is very thick, wavy, round, and so forth. so you feel comfortable going to sensation and of art that formed from the smoke.
5. You feel comfortable and even happy if you can play a cigarette in every finger-finger you (especially if you have a unique movement).
6. You feel good when you have a very expensive Matches Fire, then friend borrowed it to light cigarettes.
7. You feel good when someone says, "if you do not smoke, it's not a real man" and so on. (I can only describe as the experience only)
8. Than no job (waiting), I better smoke. Does not feel the time spinning, it feels like smoking a cigarette are accompanied by a friend.

-Why You / I need to quit smoking? - 


1. Surely 80% of women do not like to see a man smoking (results of a survey on my experience) 
2. Black and chapped lips, my teeth yellow, body and especially my mouth always reek of cigarettes 
3. Mending I drank ginger rather than enjoy the warmth of cigarette smoke in the throat that is only temporary and was always sick when I wake up 
4. When I noticed smoke cigarettes carefully, it turns the color is not white, but a little chocolate. and I believe that it is the content of toxic 
5. better to play a pen and then make paper, complete the office work or study, rather than playing a cigarette that vulnerable injure the fingers and over time will out in the wind ... 
6. Why have a match is expensive but if it ultimately lost or damaged. 
(True story: there is the selection of employees in one of the chewing gum factory in jakarta. Manager asks 
to prospective employees, "may borrow a match?". Apparently there are many candidates who passed it to the manager with personal reasons "let the manager can take heart." But al result, prospective employees who held out a match is not accepted to work at the plant, because "carrying a match at the plant would harm and smoking habits could have been going to happen in the future factory." 
7. Better to say sissy healthy (not sick), rather than real men ailing and wasting a lot of money for doctor visits or even heart surgery and lung 
8. Actually when you do not have work with a cigarette in my hand, indirectly you're teaching your mind to the performance of lazy. and I'm sure, then you do not realize that you're sucking and I also believe that you actually do not enjoy what you're sucking. Because usually if you're smoking, you feel good initially, and eventually you daydream ... So that work to continue to smoke is your mind. So what are the results? 
9. It's better money in the tube, to buy food (or at this time to buy gasoline), rather than smoking in adverse health 
10. My analogy, that "healthy people come into the hospital as a visitor or a doctor", but "a smoker came to the hospital as a patient who berarap want to recover from lung disease or heart an increasingly relapse" 
11. In my opinion if the "smoking can cause heart attacks .... etc.." Then I / you think it sinful to torture yourself, let alone bersengaja to make the body becomes sick and finally (sorry) died because of diseases caused by smoking it. Then why you bother to look for money when she died because of wasting money to buy cigarettes = disease?. You better find the money for a trip to the mild nature. 
12. If you are a heavy smoker (or have the intention to quit), immediately consult your teeth and mouth to the doctor. Then clean the entire crust of the teeth and cause bad breath. I guarantee you will feel uncomfortable if smoking. (This is my experience, sorry if different for you) 
13. Question on chemistry teacher if you do not believe, that "a newspaper in paste into the chest (directly), when exposed to sweat and soak into the skin would be dangerous (damage the skin and other organs), while cigarette containing carbon such as ink on paper, even your suction.

After you listen to reason and way out above, then you try to think of some points that if the same as what you are feeling right now. Then be strong and make sure every positive points from way out on that if in accordance with your thinking without doubt its intentions are very passionate. combine these two things and convince yourself many times. (We recommend that you do every day)

And if you look at people who are smoking around you, give him a smile and laugh at yourself. Also tell your heart that "sorry tuh people still smoking. well wake up soon definitely shortness of breath or breathing problems and sore throat ... hihihi ...". (Laugh your heart in a very loud ...)
